I saw this store from the street and stopped by to get some incense. Madhu the nice lady at the front helped me and recommended some really cool teas, and also helped me choosing the best incense, I bought The sandal incense I just tried it and my home smells amazing! , I also got oil rose perfume that comes in a tiny bottle and is perfect for the purse, & two different types of tea, I'm really happy with her recommendations I will definitely come back again! there were a lot of interesting products things you don't find anywhere else, spices for cooking and hair & body products, Indian jewelry etc. : ) cool place to check out.

The winds of the East must have been blowing our way as my 2 companions and I sidled from our seats (me, I waddled, I ate that much) from Hibachi Grill over on Third to check out the multi-cultural venues that are snugly ensconced in the East Flagler Street International Gallery right off of Biscayne Blvd. You could be at a shopping mall in Latin America, but in the case of Suite 71-72 you're right smack in a bazaar from Bangalore because Indian Prem is all about cultural sights, tastes and sounds courtesy of the world's largest democracy (I'm still all about the political metaphors so soon after Obama's well deserved second win). Indian Prem is home to hundreds of Bollywood movies for rent (I'm always meaning to ask if they're subtitled for the rest of us for whom multilingual means we understand when our parents and grandparents curse at us in Spanish), tchockes and clothes and other treats and trinkets from the Indian subcontinent. Take your time to really tour the store - it's small, but it's packed with goodies. A lot of food items so if you want to get your hot to trot vindaloo on and vindicate your cooking skills - they've got the ingredients for you. The biggest treat for me? They got a nice cold one in the fridge - and you even can quench your thirst with a Kingfisher - the best beer this side of Bombay!
